Hyvän ruoan kirja is a fascinating cookbook by Hannamari Rahkonen that combines low-carbohydrate, sugar-free recipes with distinctively Nordic elements for everyday cooking. The down-to-earth recipes and beautiful pictures of Lapland, taken by the author herself, follow the seasons. In addition to the recipes, the author tells the touching story of her own life. The classic typography we chose also gives the powerful images the space they need. The foil on the cover of the book mirrors the colours of the cooking-pan in the cover photo, while the headband pairs harmoniously with the yellow of the lemons.
