Mari Koppanen is a Finnish designer and artist currently pursuing her PhD in Artistic Research at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. Koppanen explores the use of amadou, a leather-like material derived from tinder fungus, and its potential in design and art. We designed the visual identity and signage for Koppanen’s doctoral research exhibition at the Natural History Museum in Oslo.
